Isabelle Jones, Ed.S.
Founder, CEO, and Principal
Mrs. Jones has dedicated more than twenty-five years to working with youth in the Boston and Atlanta metro areas. With specialties in innovative teaching methodology, curriculum development, and educational leadership, Mrs. Jones is the consummate educational professional. She sees beyond mere procedure and regulation to comprehend the ultimate aspirations of education.
Mrs. Jones has achieved overt success at every level within the educational strata, from serving as a former high school assistant principal, school founder, educator, literacy coach, reading specialist, dean of discipline, and curriculum coordinator at every level. Middle school is Mrs. Jones love and specialty having served the majority of her teaching career teaching middle school students. She founded various mentoring programs at the middle and high school levels. In fact, Transformation Academy will include its own mentoring program titled, The Lineage Mentoring Project, a holistic, goal-oriented program that helps troubled teens develop and emerge as successful adults, and Masada, Inc. which was the forerunner for Transformation Academy.
Mrs. Jones holds a B.S. in Organizational Communication from Emerson College, a Master of Education in Reading, an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership, and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Curriculum and Instruction. She is also a graduate of the National SUPES Academy, a leadership training, and development program established to prepare individuals who will be the next generation of educational leaders.
Mrs. Jones has been married for thirty-three years and is a proud mom to two adult children.
